        Two people    - Queen room with ensuite             AUD$110 to $160 per night

                                    - King/twin room with ensuite     AUD$115 to$170 per night

        Additional beds,(1 or2), can be provided in the king room - Aud$35 per person

Prices include  your choice of tasty, continental or generous, cooked breakfast.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. For a single night, the full amount is required as deposit. For multiple night bookings, the deposit is 50% of the total amount.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Special rates are offered for group bookings and at various times during the year. Rates should be confirmed at time of booking.

Payment is by cash, cheque, direct bank deposit or credit card, (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard). Rates and conditions are correct at June 2006. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 30 days notice of cancellation before your intended date of arrival, deposit  refunded less a AUD$55 administration fee. Less than 30 days notice of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. At the hosts discretion, part or all of the deposit may be refunded if the room can be re-booked. Travel insurance is recommended.
